Service
Jerusalem Taxi provides private transportation services across Israel. Prices shown are approximate and may vary based on time, traffic, and additional stops.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Please notify us at least 2 hours before pickup for cancellations or changes at no cost.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Payment
Trips are paid in cash or by credit card at the end of the ride, unless otherwise agreed when booking. The confirmed fixed price is the full amount for the vehicle, not per passenger.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking.
Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or end a trip if a passenger behaves abusively, damages the vehicle or ignores safety instructions. If a trip is ended early for these reasons, the agreed price remains payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Jerusalem.
